Building a profitable Website

Hi Dreamer’s, Visionaries and Executors. Indeed we are people of action. I am sure it was not easy for most of us starting our own websites, but here we are indeed it can be a difficult journey with some reluctance. I am one of those who tried and failed before until I joined Wealthy Affiliate I truly had given up because I was not getting it right nor did I think anyone would be interested in my content.

Wealthy Affiliate told me nope! You are very wrong the formula is easy. You first need to have a reason you want to blog it can be personal or business and you need to create something that people can be interested in and want to come back for more. Most importantly you don’t start a pro but become one through trial and error.

The very first thing that most of us fail to understand is a NICHE. Yes a I capitalised it on purpose because it is important it is what will make you and your website grow. You don’t need to be an expert at something to focus on but it must interest you and it will be reflected in how you share your work Thus viewers will be interested.

Why is a niche website the best?

But there’s always one place people get stuck, and arguably, it’s at the most important step: figuring out what specific niche your site is going to focus on.

My favorite form of monetization is affiliate marketing.

For a niche site to be successful, you have to:

Create a website with a website builder or WordPress.
Conduct keyword research and write quality content with good search engine optimization (SEO).
Work on obtaining backlinks from reputable sites in your niche to build Domain Authority (DA).
Update your posts frequently to start ranking on Google search engine results pages (SERPs).
Join affiliate programs and strategically place your affiliate links to start earning commissions.(Enfroy, 2021)

Good buying keyword traffic + review posts with affiliate links + high priced products that offer good commission rates = a pretty good chance people are out there making money in this niche.

The above will assist you in making money in your website. Otherwise you would just produce fruitless content. Remember that as a blogger or website owner you are a researcher and learner and hard work and consistency is important. As a full time student, coach and internet entrepreneur with many commitments I know it’s alot and I have a few websites each with own niche.

Perfect your craft by doing research and understanding more about your selected niche. How you present your work is important and it will sell or fail, I like to use love and respect on whatever you set your mind and heart to and truly you will give your all.
