I had an honour to participate in a live zoom session with one of the greatest minds in Africa whom are still amongst us as living Legends. Prof Lumumba and Mr Youthman of Nigeria. It’s was a Leadership and Youth development seminar.
These are successful businessmen who share a slice of advice which I know it will help alot of people go far regardless of Age but they emphasize mainly on the Youth. After all these are the leaders of tomorrow.
As a business owner or entrepreneur it’s important that leadership skills are what you have as they contribute to a strong character needed for success. You may dispute this if you like but they go hand in hand. Meaning leadership qualities and entrepreneurship/ being a business person.

My personal own trait I believe you need to have is endurance, acceptance and strength (be strong willed). Why? This is not a smooth road and it involves obstacles and failure and you must allow yourself to learn so you grow. These are never ending in life and business.
I hope you do take into account the above as it will take you far in life, improve you and how you approach life, interact with people and how even your employees respond to you.
